After many, many, MANY years of proudly using Ubuntu, I have gone over to the dark side. As of Christmas day, 2010, I am a Windows 7 user.

I don't think you can call it Ubuntu's failure but @#$% 'em! I'm going to anyway. Open Office for all its functional beauty and it being free loses points in one regard.

A few nights ago I decided to install Ubuntu 9.10 on my Samsung N140 Netbook. I hoped that this would be an easy process, but after following the instructions on the official Ubuntu website it failed time after time.
