This one is easy; costs you nothing!!  The Cape Town Red Cross Childrens Unit are trying to raise funds, and create awareness.  You may have heard about it on local radio.  They need a minimum of 100,000 hits on their website to secure the funding. 
All you need to do is visit...but take a bit of time to read what these wonderful people do...it is important...I really hope that no one here ever has to use their expertise...but it is good to know it is there, if you ever do need it.
