Browsing the web in search of new sites I found the following three that make no sense at all.
SheToldMe.com is a site similar to Digg. Users submit their “scoops” for other to follow. To draw more members they advertise that you get 100% Google Ads revenue. So whenever someone views a page submitted by you, your Google Ad ID generates the ad.
I think Digg still wins.
Keeping it Digg-like, I found SpicyPage.com. You guessed it. Submit a story and see how it grows in views sending traffic to your site. Looking at the popular content you will however only see 3, 4 and maybe 5 views.
Not our idea of a traffic generating website.
These guys also promise that you can make money by blogging on snipsly.com. That is if you can manage past the ugly layout and figure out what to do.
They also use the Google Adsense share model to attract potential members. They are so generous that the split with the, is 80/20 instead of the 50/50 similar sites offer.
I think I’ll stick to MyDL
