I feel that social media is a great platform for brands to create personas like Tim - Technical Intellectual Maestro or even SAM - Smart About Money from Nedbank.

I feel that if we are playing in the social media space then thats where these personas ought to be playing as well. I have already been able to simply access my PDF documents on my Nokia N8 which i never really bothered to do before. 

Call it sheer laziness or having other tech platforms readily available, I never bothered to ask or even try to do that. Im sure it will contribute to me being able to work smarter: whipping out my N8 to view a PDF rather than pulling out my 10.1 inch Android beast. Either way, just as SAM is helping young people on campuses to recognize the value in knowing how to use money wisely, TIM is helping the slightly older among us, to be able to use our devices more smartly.
