We are trying since saturday to unlock two numbers ( Admin Locked ) in order to do SIM SWAP without any success. Tried Vodashop in Rivonia as well as Sandton but no luck. Eventually I was told by TRACY @ Vodacom's Customer Care that I can't get my number back since I don't know answer to security question. And to your surprise security question is " HOW MANY TALKING POINTS DO YOU HAVE ON YOUR ACCOUNT" ...
Dear Vodacom, excuse my ignorance but I don't have slightest idea what are you talking about. Talking Points. I would imagine some loyalty scheme. Nevertheless, still I can not believe that this is the reason for blocking my number.
