I have been struggling to find the right carpet cleaner. Maybe this is because I have been a carpet cleaner myself and I know all the do's and dont's. This is actually sad because if you dont how your carpet should be cleaned, you find yourself with some incompetent person calling themselves carpet cleaners.

I seriously think that most if not all carpet cleaners must be certified before they start the precious work of cleaning carpets. Its sad that someone can just walk into your and spoil your carpets without any recourse whatsoever. I think I need to start some "carpet cleaners ombudsman" for ordinary South Africans like me who feel wronged by these people.
