Somehow title of this blog is miss-leading since we shouldn't have a problem to start with. In normal circumstances I should not say that I'm happy that TELKOM restored my ADSL service after 32 days, I would just change my provider.

Since that is not the case, I have to say that I'm happy that my ADSL has been restored into working order and that I'm extremely happy that Multichoice installed DsTV decoder as promised ( Special thanks to Sharon ).

However, you might find this view interesting

We should all be special cases by Ivo Vegter

Why should it be that I get special attention from the marketing director or CEO, who proceeds to give orders that my problem will be made to go away, forthwith?

In general, SA service standards are very low. Happy blogging with the new ADSL
