I usually frown upon picture posts but this is one that hit me by surprise. Not only did I assume that my account was hacked but I also tried changing the details that were presented to me. Another user's details!

So if was acquired by Twitter, how could nobody have encountered such an error before, and had it fixed?

Here's the cool pic of hanshaupt's account, with the blurred-out API key in full view.

I am not maliciously inclined and I really hope to have this problem sorted out before the masses of users on Twitter, Digg, and Reddit begin scrutinizing the extremity of this issue.

I have however contacted the user who's API key was revealed to me, and asked him to change it immediately.

I wonder what you would have done if you had control over another person's API key.

Keep safe and don't be a malicious hacker.
