Ok here is the low down.

My blood tuned green the last 2 days which scared the family, me I was ok cos I is coloured blind so for me it looked like dry blood.

Once I knew about the green blood my mind fucked me up and I did not get an ounce of sleep last nite.

It was more the fact that I'm getting feeling back in my foot and it was very uncomfortable. I sweat I thought I would feel more pain but its the new sensations in my foot that is just unexplainable.

went to physio and he was happy with the progress and flexibility of the foot. He fucked me up good with the session and gave me a few excersices to do four times a day.

He said that this was a hectic injury and that I must have patience as it will be a very long process to get the foot working again.

I passed the doc to check the green blood. He did giggle and told us that its normal for the blood to go green during the healing of the wound.

I must say when he took the plasters off, it was the most excruciating pain I had ever felt. He did split the wound a lil with some red blood trickling out.

He is happy with the wound and I did take a look and its not half bad hehehehe I guess.

Next tuesday they will take the staples out and the long haul starts.

I will be visiting the physio twice a week for an hour to manipulate the tendons and muscles and strengthen the foot.

I should be able to drive an automatic car in the next 2 or 3 weeks so if u know anyone who wants to swap cars let me know as I will only b able to drive an auto for the next 6 months hehehehe.

Well that's the update.

Hmmm, green blood can also be the result of smoking too much of something, might also explain sight distortion.

From experience...try to do as the physioterrorists tell you. Yes; it hurts, yes; I am sure they are all sadists, taking pleasure in inflicting pain. But (most of them!) know what they are doing, and it is the most effective way of recovering...
