Last week i finally got my hands on a BlackBerry Curve, i has a smile from ear to ear as i have been anticipating the move for a while.

My only concern was, how am i going to move all my info from my Pearl to my Curve. I had visions of endless problems as i wanted my Curve to be pretty much set up the same as the Pearl.

So the process started and on the CD software it had this most amazing, ingenius button, that all i had to do was click on it and move all my settings from my Pearl to my Curve.

No way i thought it can not be that easy; well my people from myDL community, it's been 4 days since i made the change and the most amazing thing is, everything that was on my Pearl is on my Curve, from my alarm set @ 5:30am to my ring tones to the look and feel.

Now what other phone manufacturers have that in their arsenal, i don't think many.

My next stressful move comes when i will be porting my number from MTN to Vodacom, which i have been with for over 15 years. I have feel i have been ripped off by MTN in many ways from the cash component where they are charging me over R160 per month and over that they still charge me for content. With Vodacom i pay something right R50 a month for the same and i am sure better BlackBerry service.

Will let ya'll know how it goes, if you on a BlackBerry go with Vodacom for now until MTN sorts there BlackBerry component out.
