Woke up this morning and thought to my self, let me go write a little something. You know share feelings with the world.
For a very long time I thought that human emotions and state of mind could not be affected by technology, but boy was I wrong. In fact now that I think about it, technology has a direct affect on our physical and mental health.
As far as our physical health goes, that's always been there in form of burning eyes when you've been sitting and staring at the screen for too long or a headache, or a high pitch “beeeeep” in your ears, when you’ve been listening to your iPod too loud for too long.
