You will need your own digital camera that has the ability to switch to manual. The cost will be R700 each for a three session course of around 4 to 5 hours each time. I need a group of 6 students at a time.

Session 1:  theory of photography and digital camera use.

Session 2:  Practical session in the field to take pictures in the various categories that I will set

Session 3:  Adjudication of images on Photoshop and basic post production procedures on computer.

My thought is to hold session 1 on a Friday evening and sessions 2 and 3 on a full Saturday, morning and afternoon.

I have mixed feelings about the whole megachurch concept, a la the likes of Rick Warren and Bill Hybel. Our church has just taken us through the process of "40 days of Community". My questions arise from the resources used by these men and also their associations with what can only be described as "New Age" and secular. Has anyone reading this message been through the experience of 40 days and if so what are your comments?
